MISSION STATEMENT
Holcombe Energy Resource, LLC is recognized as an industry leader in safety and environmental protection. Our ultimate goal is "Target Zero" incidence rate within any given period. In order to consistently achieve this goal, we have implemented a series of safety policies and procedures to increase safety awareness and focus on eliminating accidents, injuries, and incidents within our workplace. Our employees receive ongoing training throughout the year in the classroom, on the road and in the field. Through measurement, review, root cause analysis, and appropriate incentive programs, our systems are designed to institutionalize specific safety and environmental practices.

Protecting our people, communities, and the environment is our top priority. It begins at Orientation and continues with ongoing Training opportunities - in the classroom, on the road, and in the field.

Our Management Team recognizes the short and long-term benefits of protecting our people, communities and the environment. Our goal is a ZERO incidence rate. To attain this goal, we have implemented a series of safety policies and procedures to help eliminate accidents, injuries, and incidents within our workplace. In addition, we share safety and environmental best practices that employees can use at home.
